Matt Hotze. Director of Science & Technology at the Good Food Institute
Matt Hotze serves as the Director of Science & Technology at the Good Food Institute where he works to build the best team in alternative proteins.
He’s fascinated by how we might grow and create nutritious food for the future people of the world while at the same time shrinking its environmental footprint.
Matt holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Rice and Duke University, respectively.
